This neurotransmitter also helps to control the ACC and the perception of time. As a result, people with ADHD may experience difficulties in accurately estimating the duration of time and prioritising tasks, leading to time blindness.

  4. Estimating Time: Practicing estimating the time it takes to complete tasks can help individuals with time blindness to develop a better sense of time perception.

  5. Prioritising Tasks: Prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency can help individuals with time blindness to focus on the most important tasks and manage their time effectively.

  6. Limit distractions: Distractions can make it difficult to focus and manage your time effectively. Find a quiet place to work, turn off your phone, and eliminate other distractions to help you stay focuse.

  7. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness can help you to stay present and focused on the task at hand. Take breaks regularly to clear your mind and refocus your energy on the task at hand.

  8. Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is important for overall health and can help you to manage your time effectively. Make sure to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep each night to help you feel refreshed and focused.
